The processing of Personal Data of Candidates and Recruiters registered on the Connexio World Platform (including the Website and the Mobile Application) is subject to French law, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 entered into force on May 25, 2018 (hereinafter the “GDPR”) and the “Data Protection law” (in French “Loi Informatique & Libertés”) n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to files and freedoms, modified.
As part of our activities, we agree to comply with the provisions of said Laws. As well as to carry out a lawful and transparent processing of your Personal Data. In particular, to carry out data processing for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes only, without being further processed in a manner incompatible with these purposes, and for a period which does not exceed the duration necessary for the purposes for which they are originally collected and processed.
4. Nature of the Data collected and processed via the Connexio World Platform
We collect Personal Data from Internet users who visit our Platform (Website and Mobile App) and who use our Services. When collecting your data, we inform you if certain information must be completed (followed by an asterisk) or if they are optional (without an asterisk). If you do not fill in the required fields, you cannot access all of our Services.
4a. Collection and processing of Personal Data in case of use of the Connexio World Mobile App Services by a Candidate
When registering on the Mobile App as a Candidate and when updating your User Account, the following data will be collected, used and processed by Connexio World in order to propose job offers to Candidates:
- Name and Last name
- Email / Password
- Country of residence / nationality
- Date of birth
- Information related to the Curriculum Vitae (CV): education, professional experience, linguistic and technical skills.
- Data generated by the use of the platform: users' IP address, reported in the event of an error.
We communicate to our Candidates that it is impossible to access and apply for job offers published on the Mobile App if you do not provide your personal data.
4b. Collection and processing of data in case of use of the Connexio World Website Services by a Recruiter
When you register on our Platform as a Recruiter and when updating your Recruiter Space, the following data will be collected, used and processed by Connexio World in order to present job offers to our Candidates and to grant you access to the Recruitment Services offered by Connexio World:
- Information of the person requesting the creation of the recruiter account in the name of the company: name, first name, email address, password.
- Name of the company
- Description of the company
- Year of creation
- Number of employees
- Address, city, country
- Phone number
- Logo of the company, photo of the team or activity
- Information regarding the social or environmental mission of the company
- Data generated by the use of the platform: users' IP address, reported in the event of an error.
5. Conditions of use of Personal Data
5a. Purposes and recipients of the Data Collected
Connexio World is the recipient of all the personal data collected through its Platform (Website and Mobile App). As such, the Connexio World staff may be required to access your data in strict compliance with the functions assigned to them. As part of the performance of our Services, we are also required to share collected information in the following circumstances:
- Provide and manage our services.
- Manage Candidate’s applications intended for Recruiters: Connexio World communicates to the Companies (the Recruiters) the personal data of the Candidates (list of data cited in section 4a) as part of the application and recruitment processes for one or more job offers.
- Support management by sending email notifications to Candidates and Recruiters related to job applications.
- Communicate with Recruiters and Candidates via email to improve the quality of our services, namely: answering questions and providing information about our activities.
- Resolve any legal dispute or any problem related to our services.
Connexio World is not responsible for information exchanged directly between Recruiter and Candidate (without the intermediary of our Platform) during or after the application and recruitment processes.
5b. Storage period of your Personal Data
Connexio World stores your Personal Data only for the period strictly necessary for the aforementioned purposes, and within the limits imposed by law. Depending on the type of Personal Data and the objectives pursued, the storage period may vary.
In all cases, Connexio World commits to erase your Personal Data from its databases after the different storage periods have expired.
However, we may keep certain information for a certain period of time after the closure of your personal account (be it Recruiter Account or Candidate Account) in order to comply with our legal, tax or accounting duties; and, in particular, obligations in order to prevent possible fraudulent behavior after the closure of your personal account (such as the reuse of your old account by a third party). In this case, your data will be deactivated and will no longer be accessible online.
6. Disclosure to third parties
6a. Absence of disclosure
We undertake not to disclose to third parties the information and Personal Data that you communicate to us. This information and Personal Data are exclusively used by our internal services and for the aforementioned purposes and will in no case be transferred or sold to third parties without your express prior agreement.
6b. Disclosure for external treatment reasons
Your information and Personal Data may, if necessary, be transmitted to third-party subcontractors involved in the provision of our services (technical providers in charge of hosting and monitoring our IT system, customer monitoring and satisfaction surveys, management of security incidents or fraudulent activities, etc.). Connexio World undertakes to communicate your information and Personal Data only to authorized and trusted subcontractors. As such, we ensure that our subcontractors offer sufficient guarantees as to the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing of Personal Data which will be done meets the requirements of the GDPR.
6c. Disclosure for legal and statutory reasons
In addition, your information and Personal Data may be disclosed to a third party if the company Connexio World is forced to do so by law, a regulatory provision, or a court order, or if this disclosure is made necessary for the purposes of an investigation or legal proceedings, on French territory or abroad.
7. Protection of Personal Data
Connexio World implements all operational and technical security measures necessary to protect the integrity and confidentiality of your Personal Data that we hold against unauthorized access and unauthorized disclosure, modification, damage or destruction.
To this end, Connexio World and its technical and hosting subcontractors have deployed appropriate measures to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and security of your Personal Data.
Finally, we inform you that your Personal Data is stored on servers located in the European Union.
